Each apartment home at San Mateo Townhomes offers the comfort and convenience of full size-in home washers and dryers.

At San Mateo Townhomes residents will be conveniently billed through a 3rd party billing company for their monthly for trash, water and sewer. Residents will be responsible for their own electric account with APS.

Residents at San Mateo Townhomes enjoy the convenience of having their apartment home set up with fiber internet and cable services through COX Communication should the resident choose to have these services.

At San Mateo Townhomes each future resident that is 18 years of age or older will need to complete an online application and sign the lease agreement.

At San Mateo Townhome Apartments the security deposit is based on the credit screening of all applicants combined. The security deposit cost starts as low as $750 based on approved credit. We are pleased to offer deposit alternative programs to reduce your move in cost.

At San Mateo Townhome Apartments each future resident over the age of 18 will be required to pay a $50 application fee.

Unfortunately, residents at San Mateo Townhomes cannot make partial payments. However, we have partnered with Flex Rent. Flex Rent offers flexible rent payment options. This setup gives you more control over your budget, helps you avoid late fees, and makes managing your monthly cash flow simpler.
